The weather in Amsterdam in January can be quite cold as temperatures can drop to 0° Celsius. January is considered to be the coldest month here, with occasional snow and winds.

Another activity that you can enjoy in Amsterdam in February is ice skating at the biggest rink that is set up at the Olympic Stadium, do book in advance, as this is quite popular for the locals.
