While the temperatures in Amsterdam in May fluctuate between 12 and 18° Celsius, it is also the month with the most unpredictable weather. It could be very hot one day, with clear blue skies and cloudy and rainy the next, especially in the evenings. As the summer approaches, the Dutch start organising outdoor activities, such as celebrations on the Remembrance and Liberation days in the beginning of the month, and numerous concerts and performances at the Concert Hall.
